🔹 Refund & Return Policy – Ezen Elan

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery for all customers.

📦 Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

🌍 International Orders (UK & USA)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Delivery times may vary depending on location

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund will be approved within 3–5 working days
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

For Pakistan:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- Easypaisa

For International Orders:
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued through the same method used for payment, such as bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

⏱ Refund processing time: 5–10 working days depending on payment provider

🔁 Exchanges

Exchange is available if:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Requested within 7 days
- Subject to stock availability

❗ Important Notes
- Slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
- Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective or wrong)
