For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (Pakistan only), customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Repeated order refusals may result in account restriction or cancellation.

Prices may be displayed in PKR, USD, or GBP depending on your location.

Prices do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Pakistan: 3–5 working days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 working days
- United States: 7–12 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Once the order is dispatched, responsibility lies with the courier service.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or marked as sale items may not be eligible for return.
