At Ezen Elan, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Pakistan only.
International shipping (including UK & USA) will be introduced in the future.
2. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Rural / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days depending on courier service availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Shipping charges may apply depending on location.
All shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
5. Courier Service
We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
After dispatch, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipment.
6. Damages & Lost Shipments
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

7. COD Guidelines
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Pakistan only.
Customers must ensure availability at the provided address during delivery.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.
